Requirements

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• Valid drivers license
• reliable transportation commuting to patient location

Nice To Haves

• Experienced LPN or RN experience 1 year

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
