About The Position

KidsCare Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in a home setting. This role involves delivering high-quality, personalized care to children in the comfort of their homes, working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position is available in various locations across Colorado, including Aurora, Arvada, Brighton, Commerce City, Denver, and Morrison.

Requirements

• Current State Registered Nursing License or compact license where applicable.
• One (1) Year Home Health Experience.
• One (1) Year Pediatric Experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Must have reliable transportation to office and patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Provide services in accordance with physician's orders and state, federal, and national accreditation commission regulations.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document timely, clear, concise, and accurate clinical notes.
• Notify the RN Case Manager of any changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide and document education to patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure quality care.
• Use appropriate infection control procedures and safety measures.
• Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
