About The Position
NurseCore is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver specialized one-on-one home health care for a 10-year-old male patient. This role requires a commitment to providing consistent care and flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments requested by the patient's mother. The position involves managing G-tube care and feedings, supporting the patient's daily needs, and maintaining open communication with the family.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent pediatric, home health and G-tube experience
- Active Nevada RN or LPN license
- Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification
- Negative TB test completed within the past year
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive one-on-one nursing care
- G-tube care and feedings
- Support the patient's daily care needs
- Communicate with the family regarding the patient's care
