Family First Homecare is hiring an experienced RN or LPN for a high-acuity pediatric 1:1 in-home case providing pediatric care with trach + vent needs in Miami-Dade. We’re building coverage for current and upcoming shifts and matching nurses based on skill set and availability.

Requirements

• Trach experience required
• Vent experience required (recent preferred)
• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS
• Background screening + onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

• Trach care, suctioning, pulse ox monitoring
• Vent monitoring
• Medication administration
• Enteral feeds (G-tube) if ordered
• Seizure precautions (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home per plan of care
• Monitor respiratory status, safety, and comfort; report changes promptly
• Administer medications/treatments within scope
• Educate and support caregivers/family members
• Document accurately and on time
