Pediatric Home Health (RN/LPN)
About The Position
Family Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide individualized care for a pediatric client in the Davenport area. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering skilled nursing care in a comfortable home environment. This role offers flexible scheduling based on your availability, consistent one-on-one patient care, and a supportive and collaborative nursing team. There are opportunities to assist with community outings and activities, and it offers reduced stress compared to many facility settings. You can choose additional shifts when available.
Requirements
- Current Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home care experience is a plus but not required
