About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, primarily in their homes. Nurses follow the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel, support patients and families, and work to promote positive clinical outcomes. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Ability to provide care in a client’s home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Provide care focused on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in the home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members about patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
