About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Waxhaw, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, primarily in their homes, following the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel. The role is offered as full-time and part-time work, with day, night, and weekend shifts available. Angels of Care provides pediatric home health services to medically fragile children and young adults. Requirements
- Hold an active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.
