We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Home Health CNA to provide care for a 16-year-old young lady with Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome in Salinas, CA. The patient has multiple diagnoses including CKD stage 2, a history of cleft palate, seizure disorder, OSA, conductive hearing loss, and developmental delay. The CNA will be responsible for all activities of daily living (ADLs) after school, including preparing and managing feedings, changing, and bathing the patient. The patient can ambulate but uses a wheelchair for longer distances. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, totaling 30 hours per week.
