About The Position
Home Heart Florida is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs passionate about providing high-quality pediatric care in a home setting. The company believes children thrive best at home and nurses thrive when supported, respected, and connected to families. They match nurses with families based on experience, personality, and scheduling needs. There is a special opportunity for RNs with 1 year of Pediatric Experience and Home Care Experience to provide RN education to a family for $40/hour.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN/LPN license
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required for all cases
- BLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
- Medication administration and treatments
- Monitoring patient status and reporting changes
- Supporting feeding routines and daily care needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with families and clinical supervisors to follow the plan of care
