Pediatric High-Tech (LPN/RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs/RNs with Critical Care, NICU, PICU, or Home Trach-Vent experience to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. We have opportunities caring for young pediatric clients, including a 7-year-old male and a 2-year-old female. We offer one-on-one private duty nursing, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training to ensure our nurses feel prepared and competent. BAYADA was founded on the principle that healthcare is better when clients receive care in their homes, and delivering care is our highest priority and greatest joy.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-CPA
- Work any night shift of the week (Monday-Sunday)
- Maintain 24 hours per week for night shift
- Complete 150 independent (non-training) hours

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to pediatric clients.
- Administer care in the home environment.
- Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
- Participate in paid training, including simulation labs.
- Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
