About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Feeding Therapists/Speech Language Pathologists are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. This role involves working with pediatric patients aged 0-18 years old who have feeding difficulties, dysphagia needs, and a variety of developmental and neurological diagnoses. The therapist will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. The schedule is to be determined, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited speech therapy or occupational therapist program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • Speech Language Pathologist License to practice in the state of Idaho
  • Certified ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of pediatric feeding therapy experience

Responsibilities

  • Work with pediatric patients with feeding difficulties
  • Treat patients 0-18 years old with feeding/dysphagia needs and as well as a variety of developmental and neurological diagnosis.
