We are in search of an experienced pediatric or family nurse practitioner to work in our school-based sites 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday. At all our school-based sites, our multi-disciplinary teams focus on providing excellent medical and behavioral health care and supporting the emotional and social needs of youth. The goals of the provider at school based sites are to support primary care with an eye towards collaboration with their PCP, both internally at La Clinica and externally with community providers. Always aim to keep the child in school as much as possible. Provide primary care when there are barriers to accessing services elsewhere. As a primary care medical home, La Clinica serves 28,000 patients annually throughout our eight health care centers, 20 school sites, 36-chair dental clinic, and mobile health center. We are an innovative non-profit organization, with the focus on providing exceptional health care to all who have barriers to care and include integrative behavioral and dental health care in our practices.

Requirements

Successful applicants must have graduated from an accredited school with board certification or board eligibility.
Applicants must possess an active Oregon license.
Applicants must also possess CPR certification and an active DEA license.
