About The Position

Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its experienced Pediatric Endocrinology team. The practice includes three physicians and one certified registered nurse practitioner. The outpatient clinic sees approximately 12–13 patients per day, and the role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with call coverage 1:6 from Monday to Monday.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Certified Physician Assistant credential from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Knowledge of care management, clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, patient assessment and care, patient safety, and patients' rights.
