About The Position
Reporting to the Nursing Director of Obstetrics, the Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist serves as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator in assessing the learning needs as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for areas within Emerson Hospital that serve Pediatric patients. Utilizing active learning strategies, this position develops clinical competencies and interactive experiences to assist with staff development based on identified educational needs.
