The Diabetes Educator is involved with assessment, diagnosis, educating and proactively manage the patient's condition. This includes providing one-on-one and group education sessions, developing personalized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. They also play a crucial role in staying updated on the latest diabetes management techniques and participating in community outreach. This position will be at the Pediatric Clinic with every 7th weekend call rotation at the Medical Center. - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm + 7th weekend Call - Experience is credit to the wage range - Must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or willing to obtain within three years.
