About The Position

Phoenix Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client before and after school. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in a family's daily life. By helping with morning routines and providing support after school, you'll give this child the consistency they need and provide peace of mind for their family. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Direct support or caregiving experience preferred
• Experience working with children with autism is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning and after-school routines
• Provide direct support and supervision
• Encourage positive interaction and engagement
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment
