About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Pediatric Development Counselor to join our team and support the developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of infants, children, and adolescents. In this role, you will partner with families, healthcare providers, educators, and community resources to assess developmental needs, create individualized intervention plans, and provide guidance that promotes healthy growth and lifelong success. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for children and families, possesses excellent communication and counseling skills, and is committed to delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Completed counseling/clinical training in their graduate training program.
  • CPR certification or completion within 6 months of hire.
