About The Position
All Star Children’s Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in Harker Heights, Texas. Under the clinical support and leadership of Dr. Randy Hamilton, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in a fun, supportive, and kid-friendly environment. At All Star Children’s Dentistry, we are dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. Our practice combines clinical excellence, advanced technology, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere designed specifically for pediatric patients—including those with special healthcare needs. We are looking for a full-time Pediatric Dentist who is committed to delivering exceptional care and building lasting relationships with patients and families. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, and passionate about pediatric dentistry, including working with children with special needs and diverse behavioral or medical considerations.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience or strong interest in treating patients with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, compassionate approach to pediatric care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care for patients with special healthcare needs
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric dental conditions
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and other treatments as needed
- Work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to ensure outstanding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
