About The Position

Simply Dental Management is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their established, patient-focused practice in Fitchburg, MA. The role offers support from experienced clinical and operational teams, allowing the dentist to focus on delivering excellent care to children and their families. The position provides a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, enabling the quick building and maintenance of a productive schedule. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program
  • Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive and restorative services
  • Create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families
  • Educate patients and parents on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
