Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive and restorative services
Create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families
Educate patients and parents on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
