Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Sedation certification (or willing to obtain)
- Driven, coachable, and eager to lead with integrity and purpose
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior pediatric experience is strongly preferred, but the right attitude matters most
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pediatric dental care with general anesthesia in the office
- Manage your schedule autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Cultivate relationships with patients and families, building long-term trust and loyalty.
