About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist for their Redmond, OR location, offering 2-3 days a week. They are also looking for a full-time Pediatric Dentist for their Newberg and McMinnville, OR offices. The ideal candidate is a caring, motivated, people-person with a strong work ethic and superior clinical skills, who prioritizes patient well-being and clinical autonomy. New patients are assigned equally on a rotation basis, and patients remain with the dentist who sees them. The Redmond office is located at 1555 S Hwy 97, Ste. 102, Redmond, OR 97756. The office culture emphasizes teamwork in the patient's best interest and quality patient care based on best practices.

Requirements

• Must have completed a Pediatric Dentistry Residency.
• Active OR Dental License in good standing (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment).
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices.
• Accept new patients assigned equally on a rotation basis.
• Ensure patients remain with the dentist they are assigned to.
