About The Position

The Pediatric Dentist will work in a modern, pediatric-only outpatient practice in Orlando, Florida, providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents. The practice offers established general dentist referral relationships, strong clinical support, and a state-of-the-art environment focused on exceptional patient experiences. The average daily patient volume is 18–24.

The position follows a four-day schedule, Monday through Thursday, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no weekend or major holiday shifts. Compensation is production-based, up to 40%–45%, depending on experience, with W2 or 1099 employment options.

The role includes coverage of all lab fees and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida dental license.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Comfort treating infants, children, and adolescents.
• Effective communication with children and families.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
