About The Position

ProSmile is seeking an exceptional Associate Pediatric Dentist to join their group. This role involves providing quality patient treatments, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and adhering to standard dentistry procedures and company policies. The Associate Pediatric Dentist will also refer patients to specialists when necessary, stay updated on the latest dental techniques, and collaborate with office staff to manage appointments and schedules to meet productivity goals. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for maintaining effective rapport with patients, dentists, office managers, and other staff members. The position emphasizes treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care, with opportunities to treat a diverse patient population and accept most dental insurances. The role offers a flexible schedule with 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, including weekday, weekend, and evening cycles, along with opportunities for in-house continuing education and training in areas like Laser Dental/Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, and Invisalign.

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD licensed and currently in New Jersey
  • Pediatric Dentistry Specialty license
