About The Position

Rodeo Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to provide high-end pediatric dentistry services to patients under the age of 21. While general dentists can see children, this role will focus on more complex cases, often involving general anesthesia. Rodeo Dental has full-time general anesthesiologists on staff to ensure safe patient treatment. The practice is committed to providing access to high-end dental care for everyone and has a unique approach to creating kid-friendly, family practices with all specialties under one roof. Requirements

• Must have an active state license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental in the state of the clinic.
• Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold proper credentials to practice fully as a pediatric dentist in your region.
• Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.
• An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.

• Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.
• Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.
• See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.
• Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.
• Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.
• Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.
• Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.
• Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.
• Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.
