About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Pediatric Dentist to lead and grow a brand-new office in the Bearden area of Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new practice, building a patient base, and shaping the culture from the ground up. This office will follow our integrated POP (Pediatric & Orthodontic Process) model, which brings pediatric dentistry and orthodontics together under one roof to create a seamless, comprehensive patient experience. You’ll work alongside an orthodontist in the same office, allowing for strong clinical collaboration, continuity of care, and the ability to support patients throughout every stage of their dental development. This model enhances both patient outcomes and provider experience by fostering teamwork and shared treatment planning. This new office will be designed with modern technology and a commitment to efficiency, allowing you to focus on patient care while supported by a well-structured operational model.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to help grow and establish a new practice
• Team-oriented with a positive, patient-first mindset
