About The Position

MB2 Dental is seeking patient-focused Pediatric Dentists in Oklahoma to join our thriving practices. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that provides top-tier care to children in a busy and collaborative environment. MB2 Dental is the first of its kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO), where doctors maintain complete decision-making authority and clinical autonomy, leading their practices as they see fit. We have offices throughout Oklahoma, and these areas are currently hiring: Lawton, Bartlesville, Tahlequah. Our practice supports growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience with 10-19 operatories and a daily volume of around 130 patients. Our office is fully equipped to deliver high-quality pediatric care and the latest dental technology, including advanced sterilization and imaging systems.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
• Open to all experience levels! New graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier care to children.
• Maintain complete decision-making authority and clinical autonomy.
• Lead practices as they see fit.
• Work alongside a dedicated team of 2-4 full-time doctors.
