About The Position

Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) provides tailored support for premier Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery specialists across the United States. We are dedicated to supporting the next generation of Pediatric Dentists by offering dedicated mentorship and guidance from legacy partner owners. Associate dental specialists receive the support necessary to build their patient volume and enhance their clinical skills. SDB aims to help jump-start pediatric dental careers, foster a community of best-in-class providers, and guide doctors toward financial freedom while preserving their private practice identity and culture.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program
Active state dental license and specialty license in Pediatric Dentistry (if applicable)
Current BLS and PALS certification
Experience and comfort working with children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, kid-focused demeanor
Proficiency with pediatric dental technologies and digital charting systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
