About The Position
Absolute Dental is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or Kids-Focused General Dentist to join their growing team in Reno. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional care to children and creating positive, memorable dental experiences. The practice is fully digital and equipped with trained pediatric support staff.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency or Kids Focused General Dentist
- 1+ years of pediatric experience
- Active Nevada Dental License or eligibility to obtain
- Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with children and parents
- Team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Start 4 days a week, we are flexible on the days, could transfer to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care (exams, sealants, restorations, extractions, space maintainers, etc.)
- Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Foster a welcoming, calm environment for young patients
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure continuity of care
