This privately owned practice is led by Dr. Shep Sittason, a respected pediatric dentist known for his clinical excellence and commitment to the community. As an owner-doctor, Dr. Sittason will work closely with his associate, fostering a collaborative environment and providing hands-on guidance to support both clinical confidence and long-term career growth. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Licensed to practice in Virginia (Required)
  • Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry (Required)
  • Genuine desire to lead, manage, and grow a practice
