Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics of Lynchburg is a state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice serving infants, children, teens, and special needs patients. This privately owned practice is led by Dr. Shep Sittason, a respected pediatric dentist known for his clinical excellence and commitment to the community. As an owner-doctor, Dr. Sittason will work closely with his associate, fostering a collaborative environment and providing hands-on guidance to support both clinical confidence and long-term career growth. Requirements
- DDS or DMD (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Licensed to practice in Virginia (Required)
- Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry (Required)
- Genuine desire to lead, manage, and grow a practice
- Strong clinical skills paired with emotional intelligence and professionalism

Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $1250 - $1400 / Day or 35% of net collections, whichever is greater
