Kentuckiana Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join their team at their Mt. Washington & Shepherdsville, KY locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and is eager to grow. The position offers a supportive, hands-on dental team and a kid-centered environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- X-ray certification
- CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Coronal Polishing certification (preferred)
- Expanded Duties DA is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during restorative treatments
- Taking radiographs
- Placing fillings (if applicable)
- Performing coronal polishing (if applicable)
- Charting during hygiene visits
- Managing sterilization & maintaining a clean clinical environment
