About The Position

Dental Assistant Position Journey Smiles Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry We are a new, family centered practice dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles in a warm & welcoming environment. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, & responsible Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become an early team member and play a key role in helping establish clinical workflows, organization systems, and the overall culture of the practice as we grow. We are a combined pediatric and orthodontic office offering cross-training for candidates who are eager to expand their skills. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for pediatric dental procedures
• Instrument sterilization & operator setup
• Digital radiographs
• Supporting efficient patient flow
• Answer phones with professionalism & warmth
• Schedule & confirm patient appointments
• Participate in marketing & community outreach efforts
• Assisting with orthodontic procedures (training provided)
• Help grow the practice through excellent patient service & engagement
