About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is growing its High-Acuity (Trach-Vent) team in the Lancaster County and Lancaster City area, serving both pediatric and adult clients. The role involves providing one-on-one care for clients with Trach and Trach-Vent needs. BAYADA was founded on the principle that healthcare is better when clients receive care at home, and delivering care is their highest priority and greatest joy. They offer extensive paid training, including High Acuity (Trach-Vent) training, and utilize award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs to prepare nurses for success. Nurses will have 24/7 on-call clinical support and use electronic charting with Statewise. BAYADA cares for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, ensuring nurses feel comfortable and competent.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• MAR-CPA

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for pediatric and adult clients with Trach and Trach-Vent needs.
• Deliver care in the Lancaster County and Lancaster City area.
• Utilize electronic charting using Statewise.
• Adhere to all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
