Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working with children is required.
  • Native or professional English fluency.
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted state or national license to practice independently (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist).
  • Proof of licensure and a clean disciplinary record are required.

Nice To Haves

  • A 2–3 year professional commitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical intakes, bio-psycho-social assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioral management.
  • Provide parent coaching and family consultation to support the child’s progress outside of sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, and ABA Therapists) to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and patient privacy in accordance with United States healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
