About The Position
Provide 1:1 care for a child in the comfort of their home while building a meaningful relationship with the patient and family. Our CNAs support children with daily care needs while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and supported. We carefully match caregivers with the right-fit family for long-term success. With supportive leadership, training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you’ll feel confident and prepared from day one.
Requirements
- Active Illinois CNA certification
- CPR certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable caregivers
- A caring heart and strong reliability
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric care in the home
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Provide compassionate support to the child and family
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
