About The Position

As a Pediatric Clinic Director, you'll combine clinical excellence with leadership, providing exceptional therapy services while guiding a collaborative team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. Our Yulee clinic provides comprehensive pediatric therapy services for infants, children, and adolescents with developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic diagnoses, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, speech and language disorders, and other developmental needs. Working alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other pediatric specialists, you'll help create a supportive, family-centered environment where children thrive.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Current Florida licensure (or eligibility) in your respective discipline.
  • Pediatric clinical experience required.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for family-centered pediatric care and team development.
  • CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based pediatric therapy services within your discipline while maintaining a patient caseload.
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and developmental success.
  • Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary pediatric team to deliver comprehensive treatment.
  • Monitor clinic performance, scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency.
  • Support clinician development through coaching, education, and performance feedback.
  • Build relationships within the local community to promote pediatric therapy services and clinic growth.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
