About The Position

Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to support pediatric clients in Centralia who are on the autism spectrum and have behavioral health needs. This role is best suited for someone who has prior direct support experience and feels confident providing care, structure, and encouragement in a supportive home environment. The ideal candidate can build trust, remain calm during challenging moments, and create meaningful connections with the children and families they serve. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Requirements

• Prior direct support or behavioral health experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
