Early Morning Pediatric Caregiver
About The Position
Are you dedicated to making a difference through compassionate care? Join our team as a Caregiver serving Battlefield, MO. Part Time morning hours are available! Help us provide essential support to our cherished special needs kiddos through our Healthy Children and Youth program. At Phoenix Home Care, you'll have the unique advantage of working with a select group of clients, giving you control over your schedule and travel time. Our caregivers are the heart of Phoenix! This position will give you the opportunity to make one on one connections with our clients and provide them with exceptional care!
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 LBS.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
- Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
- Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including: Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
- Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
- Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Running errands
