Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

You’ll collaborate across therapy disciplines, supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and help children reach their goals in a fun, engaging environment.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a human service field
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities
- ABA experience with children with autism
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each child’s progress
- Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
