About The Position
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an inpatient Pediatric Behavioral Health Unit. This role requires a strong background in behavioral health nursing and the ability to care for pediatric patients in an acute care environment.
Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years
- Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center or a hospital of similar size and acuity
Nice To Haves
- Epic Electronic Medical Record experience
- Pediatric Behavioral Health experience
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric patients in an acute care environment.
- Provide Behavioral Health Nursing.
- Perform Pediatric Patient Care.
- Conduct Acute Care Assessment and Intervention.
