About The Position

This well-established, physician-owned ENT and audiology practice is seeking a Pediatric Audiologist to join their collaborative team in northern New Jersey. This is a newly created position designed for an audiologist who enjoys working with children and is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule without the pressures of hearing aid sales. This opportunity offers the chance to focus exclusively on pediatric diagnostic testing while working alongside an experienced team of audiologists and ENT physicians. You'll play an important role in supporting pediatric patients while allowing the existing audiology team to focus on other clinical specialties.

Requirements

• Pediatric Audiologist
• Enjoys working with children

• No hearing aid sales responsibilities
• Ability to perform pediatric diagnostic testing
• Ability to conduct OAEs, tympanometry, VRA, and CPA
• Ability to evaluate referred children
• Ability to collaborate with ENT physicians
• Ability to deliver compassionate, family-centered care

• Opportunity to increase hours by assisting with vestibular (VNG) testing if desired
• Additional clinical responsibilities available for providers interested in expanding their hours

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations
• Conduct OAEs, tympanometry, Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA), and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA)
• Evaluate children referred following newborn hearing screenings, ENT procedures, or physician recommendations
• Collaborate closely with ENT physicians regarding diagnostic findings
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a supportive clinical environment
