About The Position
The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus is El Paso's flagship academic medical center, a 500-bed facility that includes a Level IV NICU, Level IV Maternal Care designation, and a 140-bed Providence Children's Hospital. The position involves joining a growing anesthesia group with a collaborative team model, supervising CRNAs in a high-acuity environment covering both pediatric and adult surgical services. This is a full-time employed position supported by Tenet Healthcare, offering a guaranteed salary with the potential for production-based earnings. El Paso is highlighted as one of the safest large cities in America, with no state income tax.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric and adult anesthesia services.
- Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
- Participate in call rotation (5-6 days per month with a post-call day off).
