This is a part-time position providing 1:1 behavior intervention services in a clinic setting for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The role involves implementing behavioral programs, collecting data, collaborating with a Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst, maintaining client materials, conducting caregiver training, attending team meetings, completing documentation, and maintaining a billable caseload. The position requires punctuality and attendance, with availability up to 30 hours weekly between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role may involve working with clients who exhibit challenging and/or aggressive behavior. Physical requirements include the ability to move independently in various environments and maintain continuous bending, crawling, sitting, standing, and walking. Frequent carrying, pulling, reaching, restraining, running, and squatting are also required, with medium weight lifting and carrying (20-50 lbs). Occasional climbing, kneeling, and pushing may be necessary.
