About The Position

Teach fun, energetic physical education sessions for beginner-level children ages 5–10 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Programs are held Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Coaches typically teach one class per day, approximately one hour, with the possibility of an additional 30 minutes of pre-care. This is a part-time position of 2–5 hours per week. Pay is $50–$65 per session, and the company provides all equipment. Candidates must live locally and be available for in-person work.

Requirements

Must be at least 19 years old when applying.
Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
Enjoy working with children in a positive and active setting.
Must be flexible, reliable, and punctual.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.
Must submit a photo and short biography for the website, introducing sports experience.
Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the sport applied for, coaching, or working with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
Manage classes of 8–16 students and maintain a positive environment.
Attend a two-day training or shadowing session before starting.
Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents and school staff.
Capture a few class photos for documentation.
