About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join their team. As an Experienced PDR Technician, you will be expected to utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques, perform hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and fix larger dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. This role is based in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
