About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join their team. As an Experienced PDR Technician, you will be responsible for using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repairing creases and body lines, and fixing larger dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Ability to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
