NCB’s Professional Development Program (PDP) is a highly selective, 12-month rotational training initiative designed to develop future leaders in banking and finance. The program targets high-performing recent graduates—primarily Finance majors—with a strong interest in credit analysis, relationship management, and socially impactful finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance required
• Minimum GPA 3.0 required
• Must be analytical, have sharp attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive training in credit analysis and risk management
• Exposure to banking products, financial services, and capital markets
• Hands-on experience with cooperative lending practices
• Personalized development plans, regular feedback, and mentorship
• Opportunities for career placement in specialized departments post-completion
• 12-month rotational program with quarterly department changes
• Core rotations may include: Capital Markets, Underwriting, Finance/Accounting/Treasury, Loan Operations
• Formal classroom training and real-world deal exposure
• Potential travel for client due diligence and training sessions
