Across our global Neuroscience organization, we develop innovative therapies for complex neurological, spinal, and pelvic health conditions. Our Neuromodulation team delivers advanced solutions for chronic pain and movement disorders through spinal cord stimulation, deep brain stimulation, and targeted drug delivery systems. Our Pelvic Health team advances minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies for bladder and bowel control conditions, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life. Located at Medtronic's location in Rice Creek/Fridley, MN, this role is onsite four days per week and requires <10% travel. As a PD Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs within the Neuromodulation (NM) and Pelvic Health (PH) Product Lifecycle Management organization. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives across the released product portfolio, including regulatory compliance remediation (such as MDR), manufacturing capacity expansion, product design enhancements, supply continuity efforts, and other business-critical programs that support patients and healthcare providers worldwide. You will work with a diverse portfolio of technologies, including implantable and external neurostimulators, implantable infusion pumps, leads, catheters, software programming applications, and device recharge and programming systems. Success in this role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and execution skills. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Biocompatibility, Sterilization, and other functions to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver program objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex, multi-site programs in a highly matrixed environment and combines technical expertise, business acumen, and program management excellence with a strong understanding of medical device development and operations.
