About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented PD Clerk to work in our Dallas, TX Service Center office. This is a full-time position with various shifts available, Monday through Friday. Employees earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Requirements

  • Possess a "WE CAN DO IT" attitude
  • Knowledge of EDMS
  • Strong office, communication/telephone skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
  • General office and customer service experience necessary
  • Computer and keyboard literate
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
  • Dependable and well organized

Nice To Haves

  • Transportation knowledge a plus
  • LTL experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process P&D Driver Bill Packets
  • Bill Coding
  • DTR Entry
  • Data Entry
  • Prioritization of Drivers Paper work and Start time
  • Other duties may apply as requested by management
