About The Position

BHMG Patient Connection Hub Orthopedics Job Summary: Under general direction, coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining pre-authorizations, and communicating status of appointments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of medical office experience
