About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled PCB Process Development Engineer to support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of advanced PCB manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in PCB or substrate manufacturing, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a proven ability to improve process capability, manufacturing yield, quality, and production efficiency. This position works closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Equipment Engineering teams to develop robust manufacturing processes, support new product introduction (NPI), and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Electrical) or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of PCB or substrate manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical drilling and laser drilling.
• Experience in process development, yield improvement, defect analysis, root-cause analysis, and NPI.
• Familiarity with DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and process capability analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of IPC standards.
• Speaking Chinese.
